Halloween is the one week a year when a pumpkin-orange Model Y on your touchscreen makes perfect sense. These ten ideas are written as prompts you can paste into the AI generator in the wrap editor, or use as a brief if you design by hand. Each one is picked to read well at touchscreen size: bold shapes, strong contrast, no tiny details.
1. Classic jack-o’-lantern
Prompt: “Deep orange body with glowing jack-o’-lantern faces on the doors, black vines along the sills, warm candlelight glow.” Simple, unmistakable and great on Model Y.
2. Friendly ghosts
Prompt: “Soft pink background covered in cute cartoon ghosts and small bats, pastel purple accents.” A cute take that kids love.
3. Skeleton X-ray
Prompt: “Matte black body with a white skeleton drawn as if the car were x-rayed, ribs along the doors, skull on the hood.” Striking from the side view.
4. Haunted night
Prompt: “Orange-to-purple sunset gradient, black silhouettes of bare trees, a haunted house and a full moon on the hood.”
5. Witch’s brew
Prompt: “Toxic green bubbling cauldron pattern, purple smoke swirls, small witch hats and stars.”
6. Spider web chrome
Prompt: “Dark chrome body with fine silver spider webs spreading from each wheel arch, one red spider on the hood.” Keep the webs thick enough to see on screen.
7. Candy corn stripes
Prompt: “Bold racing stripes in candy-corn yellow, orange and white over a glossy black body.” A clean, graphic option.
8. Monster mash
Prompt: “Comic-book style monsters, Frankenstein, mummy and vampire, peeking out from each panel, halftone dots, bright green and purple.”
9. Mummy wrap
Prompt: “Off-white bandage texture wrapped across the whole body, two glowing eyes peeking through on the hood.”
10. Día de los Muertos
Prompt: “Colorful sugar-skull patterns, marigold flowers and papel picado banners on a black base.” Festive into early November.
Tips for a wrap that looks good on the screen
- Pick the exact template. The 2025+ Model Y and 2024+ Model 3 use different layouts from earlier cars; Cybertruck is 1024×768. See the Model Y template guide.
- Put faces and logos inside one panel so they don’t split across a door gap.
- Check the file with the PNG checker: PNG, 1 MB or smaller, short filename.
Load it before the 31st
Upload the PNG in the Tesla app (Creations → Wrap → Upload) or copy it to a Wraps folder on a USB drive, then choose it in Toybox → Paint Shop → Wraps. The Paint Shop guide covers both.
