# Tesla Wrap Designer

> Free browser tool for designing, generating, and downloading custom Tesla Paint Shop wraps. Supports Cybertruck, Model 3, Model 3 (2024+) Standard & Premium, Model 3 (2024+) Performance, Model Y, Model Y (2025+) Standard, Model Y (2025+) Premium, Model Y (2025+) Performance, Model Y L, Model S 2021+, Model S 2025+ Plaid, and Model X 2021+ with official UV templates, a 2D canvas editor, AI image generation, and a real-time 3D preview. Exports compatible PNG files ready to upload with Tesla App v4.59.0 or later, with USB available as a fallback.

This is an independent third-party tool, not affiliated with Tesla, Inc. Wraps only affect the in-car 3D visualization on the touchscreen, not the physical paint of the vehicle.

## How wraps work on a Tesla

A Tesla digital wrap is a flat PNG that maps to the car's 3D model via UV coordinates. Each model has its own UV template - a Model 3 template will not align on a Cybertruck, and pre-2024 Model 3 templates will not fit the 2024+ "Highland" front end. PNGs must be 512x512 through 1024x1024 pixels and no larger than 1 MB. Filenames use only letters, numbers, underscores, dashes, or spaces and are at most 30 characters. Upload up to 10 files with Tesla App v4.59.0 or later via Creations -> Wrap -> Upload. As a USB fallback, place up to 10 files in a root-level `Wraps` folder (exFAT or FAT32). Apply via Toybox -> Paint Shop -> Wraps on the touchscreen.
